Who we are

Imani psychosocial solutions is a mental health and wellness organization with a holistic approach to human developmental needs. We believe that we are not immune from the everchanging influences of life events. Therefore mental health and wellness exists within various social, emotional, spiritual, cultural, occupational, financial, physical and legal contexts. It is through the interplay of these dynamics that we exist and find our relevance to you.

We apply the Solution-Focused Brief Therapy model in our counselling, facilitation and wellness services. We are proud to help our clients explore solution building techniques rather than focusing on problems. Our approach provides hope, motivation, achievement and sustainability of the desired behavioural change.
